  1. A 30 Minute Initial Zoom phone call to learn about your needs/wants to make this your program that you can schedule by clicking here.

  2. Weekly 1:1 coaching to get you to be more brain and body confident

  3. Activities to stimulate your brain and body tailored to your needs

  4. Easy and delicious recipes to enjoy and feel good about your eating choices and eating habits

  5. Pantry/Fridge Make-over for a more "Brain Healthy" Kitchen

  6. Replies to email and texts within 24 hours.

  7. Yearly subscription to BrainHQ to challenge your brain (which I use and love).  BrainHQ is a website with online exercises that have been proven to make improvements in your cognitive brain function. BrainHQ is my personal brain gym.

  8. Once you have joined the Healthy Brain + Healthy Body = Healthy You community as a paid member, a gift basket will be delivered to you which includes brain healthy foods, books, and a journal for your journey.
