LONGEVITY BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Makes One Serving
1 Cup Almond Milk (any milk will do)
½ Cup blueberries (I prefer frozen)
1 banana (frozen or not)
1 scoop protein powder
4 ice cubes

I prefer either the blueberries or banana to be frozen.
Put all ingredients in order into blender/vitamix for about 30 seconds or until it is the smoothness you desire.
